FAQs

  • Will you take custom orders?  Contact us via e-mail or phone to discuss what you are looking for and we will try to accommodate your needs.
  • All of your frames contain existing photos or face paper, are they intended for my Photos?  Yes, we have designed our frames to make updating photos easy.  Simply remove one of the screws holding the frame or acrylic protector in place, update your photo or art, then replace the protector to original location.
  • Will my purchase include the face paper displayed on the site image?  Yes, all frames will arrive to you as they are displayed on the site, including face paper.
  • If I am not satisfied with my purchase how long do I have to complete the return? We have a 30 day return policy on all products, shipping not included
  • Do I have to pay return shipping for damaged products?  No, we will refund shipping
  • Do you only attend Arts and Crafts events in Minnesota?  Yes, our current plans are to only participate our local markets in MN.
  • Do all of the frames include a frame hanger?  Yes, every frame has a hanging device attached to the back or top of the frame.
